Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy services is sought to support K-12 students within a school setting in Dearborn, MI. This contract position spans the academic school year and offers the opportunity to provide direct therapy and conduct evaluations via virtual platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech therapy sessions remotely for students across kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conducting prehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilizing VOCO tools effectively to enhance therapy outes
- Managing caseload independently, typically working 2-3 days per week
Qualifications and experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Proven ability to conduct teletherapy sessions with children of varying ages and speech challenges
- Experience with assessment procedures and creating detailed reports
- Familiarity with VOCO systems and speech therapy technology preferred
- Strong munication skills and adaptability to virtual service delivery
