We're looking for a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You'll be a part of a collaborative, well-structured environment that leverages electronic data collection and evidence-based behavior management strategies to provide high-quality, individualized care for children with autism. This role offers the opportunity to work within a mission-driven nonprofit supported by strong BCBA leadership.
Salary 81-90k per year depending on experience
Position Details- This is a full-time, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Dearborn, MI
- Support a caseload an average of 8 - 12 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
- Flexible schedule:
Monday - Friday. Flexibility to set your schedule between 9am-7:30pm. - Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians.
- Conduct parent training once a month.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines.
