Shift Details

• Day shifts: 8:30 am 5:00 pm (8 hours)

• Some evening and weekend hours required

• On-call coverage possible for crisis response, shared with team members

Your Role

• Conduct screening, assessment, and crisis intervention via telehealth and in-person

• Determine appropriate level of care and least restrictive setting for clients

• Provide transitional support, advocacy, and care coordination until clients begin or resume ongoing treatment

• Respond to crisis calls in partnership with local law enforcement

• Deliver ongoing mental health treatment for clients in intensive case management programs

• Develop initial treatment plans and transition clients to long-term services

• Maintain accurate documentation and records
