The Life Enrichment Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of activities, events, and programs designed to enhance the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of residents in our Assisted Living and Independent Living communities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thinking creatively, staying organized, and creating memorable experiences.

• Assist with planning and facilitating daily activities and special events
• Encourage resident participation and engagement
• Lead small group and one-on-one activities
• Assist with holiday celebrations, outings, entertainment, and community events
• Help decorate and prepare spaces for activities and special occasions
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families
• Support resident interests, hobbies, and personal goals
• Assist with transportation and resident escorts as needed
• Document participation and maintain activity records
• Work collaboratively with other departments to create exceptional resident experiences

• Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassion for older adults and a desire to serve others
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creativity and willingness to bring new ideas to the community
• Previous experience in activities, recreation, hospitality, customer service, education, childcare, event planning, or senior living is a plus
