As an Optical Dispenser, you play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the correct eyewear solutions. You will interpret ophthalmic prescriptions, deliver, adjust, and repair eyewear, directly supporting our patients
¿ vision needs. Your work enhances their quality of life and aligns with our commitment to exceptional care.

• Interpret ophthalmic spectacle prescriptions and eyewear orders accurately.
• Properly deliver, adjust, and repair eyewear for patients.
• Complete all required training courses as directed by Henry Ford Optim Eyes.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues.

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.

• Previous computer experience and basic math skills.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience.
