We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dev Ops Engineer to build and enhance our CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our applications across a multi‑instance, multi‑product Git Hub environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead integrations, product implementations, and redesign efforts with global impact.
- Administer various Git Hub platforms (CoPilot, Actions, etc.) and associated products.
- Maintain complex Linux applications on VMs or containerized environments (Kubernetes).
- Assist in migrating data from Git Hub on‑prem to Git Hub Enterprise and manage users.
- Support access needs for complex integrations or large‑scale product changes.
- Identify and spearhead improvements addressing gaps in product, system, or process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Git Hub cloud products and their integrations.
- Document and provide training and support to site administrators, the overall team, and end users.
- 5+ years with the Git Hub platform.
- Strong understanding of Git Hub and its suite of products in a multi‑instance, multi‑product environment.
- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Java/Spring Boot, or Python) for automation.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and Git Hub Actions.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory API, OAuth2, and OpenID authentication protocols.
- Experience with GCP, Open Shift, or similar cloud platform.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Tekton, FOSSA, etc.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, especially Git Hub APIs.
- Experience with databases such as Postgre
SQL or Spanner.
- Experience with AI/ML bot and security, MCP server.
- Proactive monitoring of support tickets and collaboration with customers to resolve Git Hub platform and integration issues.
- Flexibility to collaborate with global teams outside standard business hours.
- Strong scripting skills to automate common tasks.
- Clear communication of complex ideas in oral and written form.
- Ability to gather client needs (e.g., Ford) and design tools to meet them.
- Multitasking across systems to meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset to identify concerns/opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Collaboration with development teams to troubleshoot and tune CI/CD pipelines.
- Agile mindset and participation in team ceremonies (Backlog Refinement, Planning, Stand‑ups, Retrospectives).
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
