We are looking for Business Intelligence Specialist who will assist in improving the service offering of PC Renewal and asset management via Service Now. This role will be part of the PC Renewal Service Management and User Experience team, dedicated to supporting global customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at navigating dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional value in alignment with our customers' mission‑critical objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ticketing/metrics dashboards via native Service Now capabilities or via Power Bi and Qlik Sense to convey current statuses and SLA adherence to the service team and management.
• Collaborate with functional teams and contribute to process improvement and documentation.
• Assist with best practices to continually improve PC Renewal service operations associated within the Service Now platform as it relates to the PC Renewal business.
• Ensure global alignment for ITSM practices within the Service Now platform.
• Assist with the training of Planning and Operational staff.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics.

Education Required

• Bachelor's Degree
