The Ford Credit & Billing Platform creates a unified billing experience by compiling data from multiple sources and generating recurring, consistent invoice templates for customers and downstream systems that include itemized details of payments due and received as well as product/service information as applicable. The Billing Platform will support both Ford and Ford Credit globally including Ford Pro, Ford Blue, and Ford Model e initiatives.

The Opportunity: As a Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Billing Platform, you will be a key driver in orchestrating the delivery of billing related initiatives. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and development teams to translate strategic roadmaps into tangible product features, ensuring efficient execution and alignment across all stakeholders. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, agile leadership, and a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements to deliver high‑quality, customer‑centric billing experiences.

This position is a range of salary grades 6‑8.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Roadmap & Planning
    • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to establish and contribute to the product roadmap for the Ford Pay platform.
    • Initiate or translate the product roadmap into manageable product features in the backlog through release and iteration planning sessions.
    • Lead the product demos to broader groups and stakeholders on a recurring basis at the end of each iteration.
    • Work on establishing and presenting the Release Plan based on the roadmap and planned features.
  • Agile Leadership & Facilitation
    • Lead all agile ceremonies and product discussions, providing thought leadership on development structure, technology, and tools.
    • Coordinate and facilitate the team’s flow load, working within and across teams to align work and capacity.
    • Facilitate conversations to achieve user story completion, while ensuring customer acceptance criteria is actionable.
    • Employ and champion Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration & Dependency Management
    • Work hands‑on with the product team to prioritize, plan, and deliver the product.
