In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into seamless design solutions.
Responsibilities- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with UI designers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to integrate user‑centered design into product development.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to improve existing user experiences.
- Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UX design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with responsive and mobile‑first design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with front‑end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing UX design projects and process.
Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market. Also, some positions may include bonuses or other incentives.
Pay Range: $60.00 – $65.00
