Title: EDI Architect (Electronic Data Interchange) (only W2 Position – No C2C Accepted)

Description: STG is a SEI CMMi Level 5 company with several Fortune 500 and State Government clients. STG has an opening for EDI Architect.

Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to those candidates who need it.

• Responsible for application design, installation, configuration and development support activities for B2
  
  Bi, Web and Mainframe applications
• Demonstrate a good level of expertise in one or more technical environments (software packages, programming language, database, operating system), and a good knowledge of EDI Solution
• Responsible for quality of solution in each environment and for each trading partner
• Coordinate with related work streams / teams including infrastructure teams, Ford Customer Service Division and Manufacturing
• Perform systems tuning and diagnostics on UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS platforms

• Mainframe Systems
• 5+ years of experience in a wide range of business areas of supply chain management including system development, business intelligence, business processes and customer relations.
• 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Application Integration, middleware, or other integration experience.
• 5+ years of experience with architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, uml diagrams, network connectivity and communication protocols
• Proficiency with EDI mapping tools, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, UNIX, LINUX, Windows, SQL Server, MQ Series
• Familiarity with web and mainframe applications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, engineering or related disciplines
