Join a high-impact Product team supporting and enhancing an enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) solution powered by Planisware
. You’ll build features, drive automation and AI initiatives, and ensure secure, compliant delivery on a 2-week sprint cadence with 3-month PI cycles.

• Develop front-end and back-end features for a COTS SaaS platform used across engineering programs.
• Perform functional testing and review others’ code/configurations.
• Implement and adhere to security & controls standards.
• Lead automation & AI efforts (automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code generators, RAG-based chatbots, etc.).

• 3+ years of IT experience with Object-Oriented development.
• 1+ year with paired programming or preparing/executing functional test cases.
• 1+ year on an Agile team with 2-week sprints.
• Demonstrated success implementing automation and/or AI solutions.

• Automation/AI solutions delivered on a COTS product.
• 2+ years on a Product team within a product-driven organization.
