The Salesforce/GCP Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within Salesforce CRM and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support captive finance operations and customer interaction processes. The role requires expertise in solution architecture, enterprise integration, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Salesforce CRM (Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Architect, build, and manage scalable integration services using GCP native tools (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, API Gateway).
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and transactional messaging initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices, technical standards, and documentation for CRM, Marketing Cloud, and GCP integration solutions.
- Evaluate technical implementation and architectural options, present recommendations, and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Stay current with new technologies and trends in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and GCP.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or related technical roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least two of the following:
Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Auto Cloud), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GCP integrations. - Experience with configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components), data models, and API integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, Data Extensions, Automation Studio).
- Experience with GCP native services for event-driven integration.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (App Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer I/II, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, Data Cloud Consultant).
- Relevant GCP certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer, Professional Cloud Architect).
- Experience with marketing automation.
