HANA Finance Functional Analyst will implement SAP Group Reporting and Statutory Reporting (DRC) enhancements in new markets, aligned with business objectives and Ford Motor Company enterprise IT standards. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and project teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions, improve processes, and sustain operational excellence.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience managing cross-functional teams, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business (Finance), Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation projects2+ experience in SAP Group Reporting and DRC for Statutory Reporting implementations Strong knowledge of SAP FI GL and Consolidations business processes and system functionality.

Experience conducting Fit-Gap analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and user training.

Experience working with system integrators, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

Experience with Agile, iterative, and test-driven delivery methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications S4

Hana SAP Finance Functional certificationS4

HANA DRC for Statutory Reporting will be added advantage

Experience working on large-scale SAP S4

HANA deployments for multi-national organizations across the world in multiple regions.

Knowledge of SAP reporting solutions and report design/testing.

Experience supporting release management, data migration, and post-go-live support activities

Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business (Finance), Engineering, or a related field.

This position is a salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $86,600-$166,200.
