We are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to provide hands-on technical support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role will focus on end-user support, server maintenance, and network administration while working closely with IT leadership.
Responsibilities/skills:- Level 2/3 helpdesk support and systems administration
- Working with IT leadership and other Systems Admin
- Support manufacturing facility with desktops, work stations, zebra printers, scanners, access points, and related end user and network equipment
- Management and cleanup of servers, upgrades, and optimization
- IT systems and network administration for for 8-10 facilities
- 1-2+ years experience in an IT position
- Associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- Industry certifications are a plus
- Onsite support experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Scanners and zebra printers
- Basic server and network experience and understanding
- Ability to travel to satellite locations on the Eastern part of the United States up to 30% of the time
