Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced with asset tracking and inventory management? We re seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced design environment by managing hardware assets, coordinating technology deployments, maintaining databases, and helping end users stay productive.

• Track and manage 2,500+ technology assets, including laptops, PCs, monitors, tablets, and related equipment
• Maintain accurate asset inventory databases and conduct regular audits
• Coordinate hardware deployments, returns, upgrades, and transportation logistics
• Troubleshoot hardware-related issues and provide user support
• Generate reports and maintain documentation for leadership and stakeholders
• Support procurement, ordering, and delivery of technology equipment
• Collaborate with IT teams, technicians, vendors, and business partners
• Assist with project planning, process improvements, and inventory control initiatives
• Support presentation spaces and coordinate maintenance activities

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with inventory management, asset tracking, or database administration
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills
• Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management and workstation support
• Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment
