This position plays an important behind-the-scenes role in resident care by ensuring our nursing and facility teams have the supplies they need, when they need them - when they need them. • -Receive deliveries and verify orders for accuracy
  • -Unpack, label, organize, and properly store incoming supplies
  • -Distribute supplies to appropriate departments and resident-care areas
  • -Maintain clean, safe, and organized supply rooms
  • -Track usage, identify waste, and help control supply costs
  • -Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, backorders, substitutions, and delivery concerns
  • -Complete inventory counts and maintain accurate purchasing records
  • -Work closely with nursing and department leaders
  • -Follow infection-control, storage, safety, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For

  • -Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • -Comfortable working with budgets, invoices, inventory records, and basic computer programs
  • -Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a busy healthcare environment
  • -Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • -Ability to work independently while remaining a dependable part of the team
  • -Previous experience with purchasing, inventory, central supply, healthcare, or senior living is preferred
  • -High school diploma or equivalent required
  • -Ability to lift, move, unpack, and store supply boxes throughout the workday
Why Join Our Team?

If you are proactive, budget-conscious, and enjoy creating order behind the scenes, we would love to meet you!
