Overview

The Program Headquarters Junior Project Manager is responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating call center program staff. This role supports a concierge‑style customer experience and dealer offsite training initiatives. The Junior Project Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring quality, compliance, effective program execution, and accurate reporting.

Work environment:
On‑site, Monday through Friday, at our Dearborn, MI office.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in program planning, development, and implementation.
  • Manage program timelines and appropriately staff the call center to meet call volume needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate program personnel.
  • Monitor adherence to program guidelines and processes to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure the delivery of an exceptional, luxury‑level client experience.
  • Communicate program updates, changes, and general information to the team.
  • Train staff on the program’s project database and processes.
  • Track and analyze call volume metrics.
  • Serve as a communication link among the account project manager, producers, and Program Headquarters Director.
  • Address issues promptly and communicate resolutions to both management and staff.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a related role.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in collaborative problem solving.
  • Friendly, positive, and adaptable demeanor.
  • Service‑oriented mindset with strong leadership qualities.
  • Client‑focused and highly organized.
