Ministry Place in rural Michigan seeks a Director of Family Ministries who loves building teams, inspiring volunteers, and helping families thrive. You’ll lead as a leader of leaders, teaching and mentoring while others share in the spotlight.
You will recruit, coach, and shepherd volunteer team leaders who oversee kids and youth week in and week out, partnering with parents and using Planning Center to keep check-ins, planning, and scheduling smooth and safe.
