Job DescriptionThe hourly rated positions at Ford Motor Company manufacturing or warehousing facilities involve vehicle or component assembly. The production worker assembles vehicles or parts using provided materials and tools, following predefined procedures. Tasks may include selecting, manipulating, and attaching parts using hand or power tools, hoists, or machinery.

- Starting wage at $21.00/hour plus shift/crew premiums

Responsibilities- Willingness to work on any schedule, including shift changes, overtime, and more than 8 hours/day
- Ability to follow safety procedures and perform manual labor, standing and walking for extended periods
- Skill in handling parts and tools, working in teams, and maintaining safety and quality standards
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, drug screen, physical, and background check
