Qualifications You'll have...  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering2+ years in maintenance and/or engineering5+ years supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment2+ years of experience with Microsoft includes Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point Must  have management skills to lead, empower, and develop Salary and UAW Hourly employees

Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Must be able to summarize complex issues.

Strong Analytical and problem solving skills using 4D, FMEAs and DAMAICs.Production, Maintenance and Automation experience with Fanuc robots

Working knowledge of PLC logic, Control Logix, Paint Pro Electrical background or related experience

Familiarity with automation equipment and controls

Even better, you may have...  Strong working knowledge of the Ford Production System preferred Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate leadership in ONE FORD leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
