Global Ford Racing Motorsport Communications Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject matter (Comms, Marketing, Business or equivalent education)
• 5‑7+ years of communications experience or equivalent experience
• Be available to work weekends and travel within the US and beyond as required by the role.

• Have a passion for motorsports and a desire to learn and develop in this area
• Have a focus on excellence in materials creation (words, images and video)
• Have a focus on delivering to the strategy with a focus on storytelling that ladders up to our business priorities
• Have an ability to always focus on the bigger picture of how what we do ladders up to the motor sport and broader company objectives – be results driven.
• Have a focus on all key stakeholders including internal (leadership, employees, dealers) and external (traditional media, social media, influencers etc.)
• Possess excellent abilities in key office tools such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Have a passion and desire to travel and be open to working weekends to attend races in the US and beyond
