Salary: $15 – $18 per hour to start.

Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance during the shift, take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them.
• Help departments meet their goals and shift targets.

As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:

• Food safety
• Internal communication
• Inventory management
• Daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Managing crew
• Quality food production
• Exceptional customer service
• Safety and security
• Scheduling
• Training

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
