Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, helping fans find their favorite merchandise, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure assigned areas are well-presented
• Operate the register to process sales transactions and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates, store layout, and merchandising
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and headquarters
• Work with store management to prevent theft and misuse of store assets
• Help organize stock room and keep the store tidy
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 years to join the team
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
