Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser Job Description

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing photos of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’s management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license from the state in which you reside.
• A positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical activity requirements such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Dearborn, MI (primary location) or within range of secondary locations:
  Taylor, MI;
  Dearborn Heights, MI.
• Schedule availability required:
  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
• Start time: 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM.

• Hourly compensation rate of $16.00.
