Position: Looking For Automotive Parts Counterperson

PRNDDL TRANS PARTS is hiring counter parts.

Skills and responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering advice on parts selection, and providing price quotes.

Order Processing: Taking orders, locating parts, processing payments, and handling returns.

Communication: Answering phones, communicating with staff, and following up on back-ordered parts.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in an auto parts shop.

Product Knowledge: Assisting customers in choosing the right parts and suggesting related items.

Skills:

Comfortable using computer systems for order entry, inventory tracking, and invoicing.

Stocking and Organization: Properly storing and organizing parts.

Order Fulfillment: Pulling orders from stock for customer pickup.

Problem-solving: Resolving issues related to parts, orders, or customer concerns.
