Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, load orders into customer vehicles vide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. • Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive online orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Initiate and complete selection process for customers’ online orders.
• Read and follow directions given in the note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls professionally.
• Retrieve each customer’s order from staging locations, ensure order accuracy, and load into customer vehicles.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Determine appropriate substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions at pickup time.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and invalid temperature types.
• Inspect equipment and notify supervisor of items needing repair.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and adapt to new processes.
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary.

• Ability to work without supervision.

• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

• Experience in a production, warehouse, or stocking environment or as a cashier.
