Floor & Decor is seeking a Store Manager in Training/CEMIT to lead one of our big box flooring stores. You will oversee operations, drive sales and build a high-performing team across roles, while upholding brand and service standards. After 12-15 weeks of training, you may relocate to Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana to assume a Store Manager/CEM role.
You will recruit, train and mentor staff, manage budgets and P&L, and ensure compliant, efficient store operation with strong customer focus.
