Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (NO WEEKENDS!)

We’re growing our Commercial Sales Team and looking for an energetic, customer-first professional who’s ready to make a real impact. Vehicle sales experience preferred but not required.

• Utilize social media marketing strategies to promote vehicle inventory and dealership services.
• Support the Commercial Sales Team with test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and product knowledge.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive sales.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate appointments for test drives, financing discussions, and vehicle deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle displays, ensuring cars are clean and properly presented.
• Provide general administrative support for the Commercial Sales Team and management.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and always uphold excellent customer service standards.

• Ford or Lincoln sales experience preferred but not required.
• Automotive vehicle sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
