Allied Universal Security is Seeking a Part Time Security Shift Supervisor. The Site is a Major Automaker in Dearborn, MI.

Candidates Must Sucessfully Complete Level 2 Training, such as Confined Space Rescue, Incipient Fire Fighting, Hazardous Materials Training, etc.

Candidates Must Be Clean-Shaven In Order to Complete This Training.

The Position Starts At $23.84/ hour.

• The Shift is Sunday, 7A-3P, With Additional Hours as Available.
• Weekly pay and Daily pay options available.
• Security and Supervisory experience preferred.

• Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor.
• Must have valid drivers license for more than one year.

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range..

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
