• Top hourly base rate of $43.460, with pay increases to the top rate after three months.

Ability to work on any schedule, including shifts, overtime, and extended hours. Follow safety rules, work in a team, treat colleagues with respect, and follow instructions. Perform trade tasks such as standing for long periods, working at heights and overhead, lifting, reaching, and manipulating tools. Ability to read blueprints and work with vehicles and equipment.

Completion of a bona fide apprenticeship, or 8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Skills in machine fabrication, installation, alignment, field machining, lifting, rigging, steel fabrication, conveyor systems, and blueprint reading. Successful completion of interview, drug screen, physical, and background check. No THC in drug panel.
