Golang Developer – Dearborn, MI (Onsite)
Stefanini is hiring a senior software engineer focused on Golang, CLI tooling, and Dev Ops pipelines. Design and develop command-line tools, developer productivity utilities, and automation pipelines that simplify and optimize the software build and packaging process (Phoenix, ECG, TCU, SYNC4). The goal of this role is to enable developers to spend less time maintaining build systems and more time innovating.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain command-line tools and automation pipelines.
- Build and improve developer productivity utilities used across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize software build and packaging processes.
- 8+ years total software engineering experience.
- 5+ years production Golang development focused on CLI/Dev Ops/API work.
- Strong hands‑on engineering background.
- Proven track record building developer tooling and automation pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
