Stefanini is looking for Full Stack Developer, Dearborn, MI
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs. They are involved in the entire software development lifecycle, including designing software architecture, writing code, testing for quality, and deploying software to meet customer requirements. Full-stack software engineering roles that develop all components of software, including user interfaces and server-side components, also fall within this job function.
Responsibilities- Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using various tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (such as Agile), and technologies.
- Assess software application or service requirements and determine suitable technology stacks, integration methods, deployment strategies, and related approaches.
- Create high-level software designs outlining the overall structure, components, and interfaces of applications.
- Define and implement software test strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes in line with organizational vision, industry regulations, and market best practices.
- Continuously improve performance, optimize applications, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Apply programming practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- Support security practices that safeguard user data, including encryption and anonymization.
- Develop and maintain back-end applications, such as APIs and microservices, using server-side languages.
- PostgreSQL, Angular, GCP, Spring Boot, analytical skills, SQL, Java, application testing, APIs
- Job Control Language (JCL), React, COBOL, mainframe systems
- Experienced Senior Engineer with at least 6 years of experience developing full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and APIs running on GCP platforms.
- Experience setting up, managing, and streamlining GCP environments.
- Experience setting up and managing Tekton pipelines.
- Experience implementing CI/CD practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Rally for task management and Agile practices.
- Detailed and rigorous testing experience, with a strong focus on quality delivery.
- Proven ability to learn business processes, understand needs, diagnose problems or enhancements, and independently and confidently develop complete solutions.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Experience with platform tools such as FOSSA and Cycode.
- Good understanding of logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Experience using AI tools for general development tasks and functions, such as Git Hub Copilot and LLMs.
- Previous Client experience and knowledge of Client IT security policies and requirements.
- Previous mainframe experience with COBOL, JCL, or similar technologies.
- Bachelor's degree
