We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Copilot Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for the design, architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise business solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.
The role translates complex business needs into secure, scalable, and supportable solutions, including AI-powered applications, conversational agents, workflow automation, and intelligent customer-service capabilities. The Technical Lead will guide engineering teams and delivery partners, establish technical standards, and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and operations teams to deliver business outcomes.
The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on engineering experience and a strong track record leading complex enterprise implementations, with expertise in responsible AI, platform governance, integration, performance, and long-term maintainability.

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure-based initiatives.
• Translate functional and nonfunctional requirements into architecture, delivery plans, and implementation guidance.
• Set technical direction and engineering standards, including design patterns, code quality, security, performance, reuse, testing, documentation, and supportability.
• Lead development and deployment of custom Copilots and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and, where appropriate, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.
• Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), grounding, and AI evaluation practices.
• Design and deliver integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, enterprise applications, APIs, and knowledge repositories.
• Guide configuration and customization of Dynamics 365, including forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, navigation, web resources, ribbon customizations, and application solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for C# plug-ins, custom workflows, JavaScript/Type Script extensions, XRM development, OData/Web API integrations, and custom APIs.
• Oversee delivery of model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and CRM portal or related portal solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, privacy, data governance, accessibility, and responsible AI practices.
• Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, estimates, testing strategy, release readiness, incident/problem resolution, and production support for critical solutions.
• Guide source control, branching, build and release automation, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management using Git/Git Hub and Azure Dev Ops or equivalent tooling.
• Mentor developers and technical team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, PDO teams, QA, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Assess platform updates and emerging Microsoft AI capabilities and recommend improvements that enhance business value, reliability, user experience, and operational efficiency.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, and technical solution delivery, including significant technical leadership responsibility.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including architecture or solution design, configuration, customization, development, integration, and deployment.
