Full- S tack Development:
Build s calable API s , backend s ervice s , and micro s ervice architecture s that enable s eamle ss communication between enterpri s e platform s , connected s y s tem s , and cloud application s .

Collaborate with s take holder s and cro ss
-functional team s to deliver iterative product enhancement s , validate s olution s quickly, and continuou s ly improve platform capabilitie s .

Drive architecture deci s ion s , code quality s tandard s , and be s t practice s acro ss full- s tack development, s y s tem integration s , and cloud-ba s ed platform s .

Provide technical direction and mentor s hip to engineering team s .

Collaborate acro ss engineering, bu s ine ss and operation s team s to en s ure reliable deployment s , continuou s improvement, and s ucce ss ful delivery of high-impact s oftware s olution s .

Qualifications You'll have...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, including designing, building, and delivering enterprise applications and scalable platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot for backend development and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Familiarity with build and deploy mechanisms, CI/CD pipelines, and a disciplined version control approach.

Even better, you may have...

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Developer/Architect certification or hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable cloud-native applications and enterprise infrastructure on GCP.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, LLM integrations, and AI-assisted development workflows;
  Generative AI certifications or related cloud AI credentials are a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create and deliver clear, concise, and engaging presentations to business stakeholders.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Comfortable voicing opinions and sharing innovative concepts within a team setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understanding of engineering, manufacturing, or other industrial business systems and their interaction with product definition processes.
