Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical team. As a Physician Assistant/NP, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. This is a full-time position located in Debary . Duties:

- Perform comprehensive physical examinations on patients - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and laboratory tests - Develop and implement treatment plans for patients - Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians - Assist in surgical procedures, including pre-operative and post-operative care - Provide patient education on various health conditions and treatment options - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records - Ensure compliance with all medical protocols and guidelines Requirements:

- Valid Physician Assistant/NP license in the state of Florida
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses - Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and documentation practices - Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control measures - Excellent data collection and assessment skills - Ability to administer medications safely and accurately - Experience in acute care settings, such as emergency departments or intensive care units, is preferred - Knowledge of respiratory systems and ability to manage ventilated patients - Proficiency in acute pain management techniques We offer competitive compensation packages including salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
