Overview
Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer role at Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190). This is a remote, full-time position for an experienced LO with leadership potential.
Responsibilities- Structure, lead, and support loan production paths; act as a back-end resource for the team
- Run pipelines, generate and manage leads, build relationships, and coach team members
- Educate teammates on file structuring and best practices
- Mentor and support new Loan Officers (e.g., the six new LOs from the last 30 days)
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth processing and results
- Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer with knowledge of conventional, government, and non-QM products
- Familiarity with DU/LP
- Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
- Proven leadership, strong work ethic, and ability to motivate a team
