Pharmacy Tech 1 – Full Time, Days
Huntsville Hospital
Refills pyxis accurately; including pulling correct medication from stock, appropriate quantity, complying with check‑off procedures, correctly placing product in the nursing area pyxis and verifying quantities and expiration dates. Aware of pyxis reports and can utilize them when needed.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required- Education:
High school diploma or GED. Prefer Pharmacy Tech Certification. Must be registered with the AL State Board of Pharmacy. - Experience:
One year hospital experience preferred; retail experience acceptable. - Skills:
Basic computer skills, excellent communication, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
