Responsibilities

If you're someone who believes that exceptional client care starts with strong clinical leadership, this role was built for you.

As a Clinical Program Coordinator at Health Connect America, you'll play a vital role in supporting both the clinical and operational success of your program. By mentoring team members, promoting best practices, and helping ensure quality service delivery, you'll contribute to meaningful outcomes for clients while supporting the growth and effectiveness of your team.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Program Coordinator, you'll serve as both a clinical resource and operational partner, helping maintain high standards of care while supporting the day-to-day functions of the program. Day to day, you can expect to:

  • Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members while modeling best practices in service delivery, documentation, and professional conduct
  • Support treatment planning, care coordination, and clinical compliance activities by reviewing documentation, participating in treatment team meetings, and promoting quality standards
  • Assist with program operations including admissions, service authorizations, scheduling, staff training, referral management, customer relations, and documentation compliance
  • Partner with leadership on recruitment, hiring, onboarding, staff development, strategic planning, and program growth initiatives
  • Support regulatory readiness through chart audits, quality reviews, accreditation activities, and compliance with organizational, payer, and state requirements
  • Provide direct clinical services when needed and, when applicable, offer licensure supervision and support to clinicians pursuing professional licensure

What to Expect

This is a dynamic role that blends clinical expertise with operational leadership. You'll work closely with Program Directors, clinicians, referral sources, community partners, clients, and families to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Success in this position requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. You'll have the opportunity to influence program outcomes, support staff development, and contribute to the continued growth and success of your region.

For licensed clinicians providing supervision, this role may include oversight of staff working toward licensure, including responsibility for supervision activities, maintaining appropriate credentials, and ensuring compliance with applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
