** Job Description
** Join Res Med's Virtu Ox team as a Logistics Clerk and play an important role in keeping home sleep testing devices moving efficiently through our operation. Based on-site in Decatur, AL, you'll help ensure devices are received, prepared, programmed, shipped, and returned in excellent condition so patients can complete their testing without unnecessary delays. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality directly contribute to a reliable customer experience.

You'll work closely with a collaborative team, learn multiple aspects of the operation, and help maintain the accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards that support our business and the patients we serve.  ## What You'll Do
* Receive incoming shipments of home testing devices and ensure inventory is processed accurately and efficiently.
* Clean, sanitize, and reassemble testing devices using required PPE to maintain quality and safety standards before devices are returned to service.
* Upload testing data and process accompanying documentation to support accurate recordkeeping and timely workflow completion.
* Charge and program testing devices to ensure they are ready for patient use.
* Prepare and ship devices while performing quality assurance checks that help reduce errors and delivery issues.
* Troubleshoot shipping-related issues and help resolve transit concerns to support successful device delivery and return.
* Monitor transit reports and validate addresses to improve shipping accuracy and operational efficiency.
* Restock supplies and support additional operational activities as needed to help the team meet business demands.  ## What You Bring
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least one year of logistics experience.
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high production and quality standards.
* Ability to follow established processes and instructions consistently.
* Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform work that includes sitting and standing throughout the workday.
* Commitment to maintaining professional personal hygiene and grooming standards in accordance with workplace safety, health, and company policies.

*** Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment environment.
* Experience handling quality assurance or inventory-related processes.
