Are you a strategic leader ready to drive operational excellence in a dynamic production environment?
Our client is looking for a proactive leader to manage all aspects of plant performance, ensuring alignment with their long‑term goals. This role involves overseeing production, maintenance, staffing, and safety to create scalable production systems and optimize asset utilization.
- Lead Facility Operations: Manage daily production to meet delivery, quality, and safety standards.
- Drive Cost Efficiency: Monitor performance metrics to reduce operating costs and ensure budget adherence.
- Talent Leadership: Develop staffing strategies to build a strong and engaged workforce.
- Process Optimization: Implement initiatives for efficiency, material utilization, and waste reduction.
- Safety & Compliance Oversight: Promote a zero‑incident culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to align plant functions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage budgets, forecasts, and capacity plans.
- Asset and Infrastructure Management: Ensure maintenance of systems and machinery to prevent downtime.
- Customer & Supplier Interface: Act as a liaison for client visits and supplier relationships.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide insights and reports on KPIs, cost trends, and compliance status.
Your Background and
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with expertise in production, maintenance, and finance.
- Proven success managing large teams in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and operational KPIs.
- Experience in plant commissioning or start‑up environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and lean manufacturing.
