About Nucor Towers & Structures (NTS) – NTS is a new entity within Nucor, the largest recycler and manufacturer of steel and steel products in North America, focused on the execution of our strategy to “Expand Beyond” our core business. The current production facility is in West Hazleton, PA, with greenfield sites in Decatur, AL and Crawfordsville, IN.

- Safety:
Must demonstrate ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. - Support development of safe work practices and procedures for the facility.
- Support implementation of new equipment and technologies.
- Support plant operations by safely maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading production equipment.
- Attend and facilitate relevant trainings on equipment and maintenance best practices.
- Work closely with all departments to plan future needs and/or improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Industrial Maintenance industry.
- Must be able to demonstrate willingness/ability mentioned above in the Basic Job Function.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial Maintenance Experience.
- Competency with various computer and mobile applications, ex. Microsoft Office, ERP systems.
- Knowledge in mechanical and hydraulic processes.
- Knowledge in the electrical field.
- Willing to expand and share technical knowledge.
