Airgas is hiring a Plant Operator in Decatur, AL to support our industrial gas filling operations. The role focuses on safe, efficient operation of the production facility, including cylinder filling and equipment stewardship.
The position is 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6am–2:30pm) with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior plant operations experience and a HS diploma are preferred, with safety as a core priority.
