Job Description
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with established standards and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, reporting significant changes to supervising RN or provider.
- Assist with patient assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical procedures as required.
- Support residents with ADLs and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
- Maintain accurate and organized medical records within regulatory guidelines.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and follow established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Provide compassionate and professional support to patients and their families.
