Title - LPN
Facility:
Decatur, AL
Shift: 6:45 am-7:15 pm (Mid and Night shifts also available)
Weekly Guarantee: 36 hours
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
- Monitor vital signs, observe patients’ conditions, and report any changes promptly.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Valid and active AL or compact License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in LPN.
- Current AHA BLS
