CLN Industrial RN (FT) OHG Madison

Huntsville Hospital

The Industrial RN will work in an industrial setting delivering excellent customer service and maintaining quality patient care consistent with established policies and goals/objectives of OHG. The Industrial RN is responsible for attending to and following up on occupational injuries and illnesses and providing emergency medical assistance as needed. Provides preventive treatment to plant workers. Accountable for the day‑to‑day activities of the clinical operations of the client’s clinic.

Promotes collaborative practices with other departments, physicians, and clinics. Performs any other duties as assigned. Supports clients health, safety and environmental policies.

Education Required

RN Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

License, Certification and Registration

Current Alabama State Registered Nurse License.

BLS certification must be received within the orientation period.

CAOHC certification required.

NIOSH certification required.

Experience

Three years previous experience in occupational health clinical nursing preferred.

  • Must be certified drug and alcohol Federal collections and NOISH CAOHC certified.
  • Must be certified to perform routine and DOT physicals.
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
