Additional Compensation
:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work; multiple premiums may apply.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of time in the backroom. Duties include lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be required.
