HVAC Service Technician III

Overview

Generous paid time off benefits, new hires start at 120 hours (3 weeks) of PTO, prorated based on date of hire.

Full Time $35.00 - $45.00+ an hour.

Work schedule:

7:00am to 3:30pm. Company supplied work truck!

We provide comprehensive HVAC and mechanical services, from equipment inspection and repair to planned maintenance programs. We quickly respond and mobilize for both emergency and planned events. Our goal is to minimize operating expenses and equipment downtime while improving productivity, service, and comfort.

As the HVAC Service Technician III at Mac Lellan, you are part of Best People
. You will learn and utilize our Best Systems to inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial and commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning, along with electrical, mechanical, and energy management control systems. Because you are passionately committed to being the best, you engage our clients daily to grow our business relationships, using your foresight to see potential issues and by delivering timely solutions to avert those same issues to produce Best Results

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when needed (Tech III).

• 5-years minimum of progressive, professional experience performing maintenance, service, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment. (Tech III)
• EPA 608 Certification is preferred.
