Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves full-cycle warehouse operations—from receiving products to shipping orders—while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. This position will NOT operate a forklift or any PIT equipment. Warehouse is not climate controlled.

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming products from carriers and accurately enter data into the ERP system
Organize and store inventory in designated locations
Pull and prepare materials for customer orders
Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Operate manual pallet jacks (no powered industrial trucks)
Use mobile ladders for product access as needed

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Comfortable lifting up to 60–70 lbs (team lifts for heavier items)
Frequent handling of light to moderate weight items

Products Handled

MRO items such as gloves, safety glasses, tape, and cutting tools

Qualifications

Basic computer literacy and ERP familiarity
Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to safety
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
