[Atlanta Metro / Decatur, GA + surrounding territory] (Field-based; local travel)

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base (DOE) + commission + vehicle or vehicle stipend

Schedule:

Full-time, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

The Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new commercial landscape revenue through autonomous outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic account development.

This is a “hunter” seat with real support behind it. You’ll be responsible for opening doors, running discovery, performing site walks, and owning proposal creation/coordination (with operational/estimating support) to win commercial contracts.

What You’ll Do Pipeline Creation & Meetings (A)
  • Build your own pipeline through daily outbound activity: calls, email, Linked In, drop-ins, referrals, and networking
  • Target and secure meetings with decision-makers (property managers, facility directors, owners, HOAs, multifamily leadership, etc.)
  • Develop referral relationships with adjacent partners (commercial vendors, brokers, builders, etc.)
Qualification & Opportunity Development (B)
  • Run discovery to understand scope, pain points, contract timing, and decision process
  • Perform site walks and gather details required for pricing/scoping
  • Build and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in the CRM (notes, contacts, next steps, stages)
Proposals, Negotiation & Close (C)
  • Coordinate and produce proposals for maintenance agreements + enhancements (with internal support)
  • Present, negotiate, and close new agreements
  • Ensure a strong handoff to operations for kickoff, expectations, and long-term success
Market Intelligence
  • Report on competitor activity, pricing environment, and territory trends
  • Bring feedback to leadership to improve offers, messaging, and targeting
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development (outside sales strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable with daily outbound and relationship-based selling
  • Strong communication, organization, and urgency
  • Valid driver’s license + ability to travel locally
  • Experience in commercial landscape, facilities services, property services, or construction trades
