Overview
We need a reliable contractor to replace the one who has dropped the ball on permitting and the build of an addition to complete a Reno for a flip. This is putting our lender timelines and project schedule property is in Decatur, and we need help with permitting and finishing construction ASAP.
Requests- Referrals or recommendations for contractors or teams experienced with permitting and finishing an addition for a home renovation/flip in Decatur.
- Ability to obtain permits quickly and coordinate with local authorities.
- Experience completing renovations/additions for real estate flips.
- Strong communication and ability to meet tight lender-driven timelines.
- References from prior projects in Decatur or nearby markets.
